Waiver Agreements

Indemnity and Liability Waiver

 

By purchasing any research compounds from Purify Peptides LLC, I, the purchaser, agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Purify Peptides LLC, its owners, employees, representatives, affiliates, and successors from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that may result from or relate to my purchase, handling, or use of these materials.

 

I understand and acknowledge that the products supplied by Purify Peptides LLC are provided strictly for laboratory and scientific research use. These compounds have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or veterinary use, medical applications, or consumption. I accept full responsibility for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing their possession and use.

 

By submitting an order or otherwise confirming my acceptance online, I expressly waive any claims, demands, or legal actions of any type that could arise from or be connected to the purchase, storage, or use of these research materials.

 

I further agree that Purify Peptides LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, that may occur in connection with my use of these compounds.

 

This indemnity agreement shall remain binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns.

 

By completing this purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the terms of this Indemnity and Liability Waiver.
