Shipping Policy


This policy details how Purify Peptides LLC processes and ships orders placed through www.purifypeptides.com. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

 

1. Processing Timeline


Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment clears (weekends and holidays excluded).


High-demand periods like sales or supply disruptions may extend this timeframe.


Processing time does not include actual transit time.

 

2. Shipping Options & Estimates


Available carriers and speeds display at checkout. Delivery estimates are for reference only and depend on carrier performance.

Typical U.S. transit times (approximate):

 

  • Standard: 3–5 business days

 

Delays from weather, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Costs


Rates calculate automatically at checkout based on:

 

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected service level

  • Destination

 

Temporary promotions may adjust costs.

 

4. Address Responsibility


You must provide a complete, accurate shipping address.
We’ll try to update addresses before shipment if notified promptly, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing starts.
Packages returned due to address errors require customer-paid reshipment.

 

5. Tracking Updates


Shipped orders trigger a confirmation email with tracking details.
Carrier updates may lag 24-48 hours after label creation.

 

6. Delivery Confirmation Rules


High-value orders or fraud flags may require:

 

  • Adult signature

  • Delivery to billing address only

  • Pre-shipment ID verification

 

If carriers can’t complete delivery (no one available, access denied), you coordinate rescheduling or pickup directly with them.

 

7. "Delivered" But Missing Packages


If tracking says "Delivered" but you don’t have it:

 

  • Search delivery area, ask neighbors or property management

  • Contact carrier with tracking number
    Purify Peptides LLC isn’t liable for theft after carrier-confirmed delivery. We may provide claim documentation at our discretion.

 

8. Lost Shipments


Contact us at contact@purifypeptides.com with order and tracking numbers if no movement shows for 7+ days.


We’ll assist with carrier investigations. Delays alone don’t qualify for automatic refunds.

 

9. Damaged Arrivals


Report issues within 48 hours of delivery to contact@purifypeptides.com. Include:

 

  • Order number

  • Photos: outer box, label, interior packing, product condition

 

Missing documentation limits our ability to assist.

 

10. Shipping Limitations


Purify Peptides LLC may decline to ship to certain areas due to legal restrictions, carrier rules, or risk factors. Affected orders will be canceled with full refund.

 

11. Research Products Only


All items ship strictly for laboratory research. We provide no guidance for personal, human, or animal applications.
