Returns & Refund Policy
Purify Peptides LLC offers a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return.
Because of the nature of our products and our quality standards, we only accept returns for items that are completely unopened, unused, and untampered with.
Strict eligibility criteria
To qualify for a return, all of the following must be true:

Item is unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received

Original packaging is intact, including any tamper-evident seal (if applicable)

All original components are included (vials, packaging, inserts, etc.)

Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)
Any product that has been opened, reconstituted, used, or shows signs of tampering is not eligible for return.
Return processing fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% return processing fee, deducted from your refund, to cover inspection, verification, labor, and payment processing. Returned items are not placed back into inventory or resold.
The 15% fee is calculated on the product price actually paid for the returned item(s) (the post-discount subtotal shown on your order confirmation), excluding taxes and shipping.
This fee is separate from any return shipping costs, which may also be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label.
This fee does not apply if the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, verified damage in transit, etc.).
Important compliance notice
All products are sold for research use only. Any indication that products are being purchased or used for personal, human, or animal use violates our site policies and voids eligibility for returns and refunds under this policy.
How to request a return (RMA required)
To start a return, email us at contact@purifypeptides.com with:

The item(s) you wish to return

A brief reason for the return
If your request is approved, we will issue return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Returns sent without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. The return address will be provided after approval.
Return shipping & related costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.).

If we provide a return label, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

All approved returns remain subject to the 15% return processing fee described above, unless the return results from our error.
Damages, incorrect items, or delivery issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at contact@purifypeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

Photos of the product

Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
We will review the information and work to resolve the issue once it is verified. Delivery is based on the carrier’s tracking status showing “Delivered.”
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened, used, reconstituted, or tampered products (including broken seals)

Items sent back without an approved RMA
What happens to returned items
For safety, quality, and compliance reasons:

Returned items are not restocked or resold

All returned products are quarantined and then disposed of appropriately
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you whether it has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued via Zelle or Cash App.

If the returned item is found ineligible (opened, tampered, used, etc.), we may reject the return and either:

Return the item to you at your expense, or
-
Dispose of it if return shipping is not feasible or appropriate for safety/compliance reasons.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@purifypeptides.com.
